These terms apply when you use nataliyalucas.com or buy the Nutrislim programme. Using the site means you accept them.
Who you're dealing with
This site and the Nutrislim programme are operated by Nutrislim LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, 1631 NE Broadway St #2157, Portland, Oregon 97232-1425.
You must be 18
The programme is for adults. By buying, you confirm you're at least 18.
What you're buying
Nutrislim is an educational programme — video lessons, written guides and access to a private community. It is delivered digitally through Thinkific. Nothing is shipped.
It is not medical care, personalised nutrition advice, therapy or coaching, and buying it does not create a practitioner relationship between us. Please read our disclaimers — they matter.
"Lifetime access" — what that means
You get access for as long as the programme is offered, with no recurring fee and no expiry date on your account. It does not mean the programme will exist forever, and it isn't a promise about any particular platform. If we ever stop running Nutrislim, we will give existing students a way to keep the material they paid for.
Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for yourself.
Please don't:
- Share your login, or give the material to people who haven't paid
- Copy, resell, or republish the videos, guides or worksheets
- Teach the material as your own or use it commercially
We may end access without refund if the material is being shared or resold.
Refunds — 60 days
If the programme doesn't help you, ask for your money back within 60 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Email support@nataliyalucas.com. You don't have to justify yourself. We'd genuinely like to know what didn't work, but it isn't a condition. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Access ends when the refund is issued.
The community
Paying students get access to the private Nutrislim community. To keep it a place people actually want to be:
- Be kind. Disagree with ideas, not with people.
- Don't give medical advice, and don't diagnose anyone.
- Don't sell, recruit or promote.
- Don't share what others post outside the group.
We may remove posts or members who make it unpleasant for everyone else.
Your emails
Signing up for the free masterclass, the quiz or a guide means agreeing to receive follow-up emails. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't affect course access.
Availability
We try to keep everything running, but we don't promise the site or course platform will always be available. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures happen.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nutrislim LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or programme. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that can't lawfully be excluded.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including product recommendations. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them. See our affiliate disclosure.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Oregon.
