This policy explains what personal information Nutrislim LLC collects through nataliyalucas.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form:
- Your name — so emails aren't addressed to "Hi there"
- Your email address — to send you what you asked for
- Your quiz answers, if you take the quiz, so the follow-up is relevant
If you buy the course, checkout happens on Thinkific. We never see or store your card details. Those go directly to Thinkific's payment processor.
What we don't collect
- Card or bank details
- Your postal address
- Health records, medical history, or anything you haven't chosen to tell us
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful — how many visits a page gets, and roughly where visitors came from. It uses cookies, so it does not run until you agree to it. When you first visit, a small bar at the bottom of the page asks. If you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics is never loaded, and we remember that choice.
IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, we do not build profiles of individuals, and we cannot identify you from it.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the question will be asked again.
How we use your information
- To send you the free masterclass, guide or quiz result you asked for
- To send follow-up emails about weight loss, food and the Nutrislim programme
- To give you access to the course and community if you buy
- To answer you when you write to us
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop. We don't ask why, and we don't email you again.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of services to run the business. Each only receives what it needs:
- ActiveCampaign — stores your name and email and sends our emails
- Thinkific — hosts the course, your login and your payment
- Netlify — hosts this website
- Google Analytics — visit statistics, only with your consent
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We would only disclose it if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so we don't accidentally email you again. Ask us to delete you entirely and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete you completely
- Stop emailing you
Email support@nataliyalucas.com and we'll do it within 30 days. There's no charge, and you don't have to give a reason.
If you're in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. If you're in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR do the same. Our legal basis for emailing you is your consent, given when you signed up.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Our providers hold your data on their own secured systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount we hold deliberately small — a name and an email address is not a tempting target.
Children
This site and programme are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced by email.
